>> Crews (Community Employment Services)

This program provides work opportunities to people in a supported community work environment. Each work crew has a supervisor on the job site 100% of the time. ORI offers a variety of work crews including: janitorial housekeeping, production and assembly, retail sorting, tagging, construction clean-up, downtown clean-up and a seasonal fire gear refurbishing crew. Crews vary in size from 3 to 22 people.

In addition to the long-term employment on these work crews, ORI offers temporary jobs for assessment purposes. These jobs are available to persons referred by funding agencies wishing to collect work data about a person. This also provides consumers the opportunity to “try out” a type of work to see if they enjoy it.
